The Association for the Digitization of the Galician Industry, called DIHGIGAL, was named by the Xunta de Galicia as the Strategic Industrial Digital Innovation Hub for Galicia, constituted by the Automotive Cluster (CEAGA), Galician Food Cluster (Clusaga), the Cluster Naval (ACLUNAGA) and the ICT Cluster.
The Association Hub for the digitization of the Galician industry is an initiative that is developed within the framework of the Galician Strategy of Digital Hubs and Innovation, promoted by the Xunta de Galicia through the Ministry of Economy, Enterprise and Industry.
Supporting companies in their digital transformation processes and connecting the technological demand of industrial companies with the technological offer are the two main objectives of DIHGIGAL.
This Association for the Digitization of the Industry of Galicia was born with the leadership of the four clusters and the support of the Xunta de Galicia and is aligned to challenge two (New competitive industrial model based on knowledge) of the Galician Strategy of Intelligent Specialization (RIS3).
In this context, in December 2019 the signing of the agreement was held with which the Xunta de Galicia will support the implementation and first steps of IHL.
