The general objective of B-Resilient - Building the biomass resilience of food producing and processing SMEs through green and digitalised value chains is to empower food producing and processing SMEs to become more resilient through optimal use of the biomass.
This initiative opens opportunities for agri-food SMEs to deploy new business models and bio-based services, creating business continuity for their own players and for other players in the value chain. In addition, digital technologies will be adopted to enable the creation of new circular solutions, increasing their economic and ecological sustainability. In this way, the project will contribute to building resilience in the agri-food ecosystem and accelerate the transition of SMEs towards a green and digital economy, meeting the key objectives of the updated EU Industrial Strategy.
B-Resilient is a project coordinated by Wagralim and energized by a consortium made up of the Galician Food Cluster (Clusaga), Flanders' Food, Association du Pole de Competivite Valorial (Valorial), Pole Europeen Innovation Alimentation Bien-Etre Naturalite (Innov' Alliance), Cluster FOOD+I (FOOD +i), Clust-Er Agroalimentare (C-ER) and Agrotechnologiki Exagogiki Simbraxi (AGROTECHEXPORT). This is an initiative funded by the European Union within the framework of the SMP-COSME-2021-CLUSTER-01 program.
