The Export Plus project seeks to develop a new support system for the internationalization of agri-food artisan SMEs in the Euroregion. Export Plus aims to help SMEs and microSMEs move towards global competitiveness, to improve not only local, regional and international competitiveness, but also to develop an innovative offer that adapts to the current international market. This will optimize the competitiveness and profitability of companies and, at the same time, enhance the environmental sustainability of the environments in which they operate. Thus, the Export Plus project works to improve the business and territorial competitiveness of the Euroregion.
Some of the planned activities are the selection of companies and the creation of a commercial catalog with products, the establishment of commercial representatives in different markets, the implementation of a logistics system, or the participation in international promotion actions, among which stand out . fairs, reverse missions and promotions at points of sale.
Co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), within the framework of the Interreg V A Spain-Portugal Program (POCTEP), the Export Plus project consortium, coordinated by Landaluz, brings together Clusaga, Andanatura, NERE, AEBB and AIP-Diece. In addition, the project establishes collaboration with Agacal with the aim of promoting the participation of Galician artisan companies in the different activities.
Specific objectives:
- Creation of a Transnational Cooperation Network of Entities for the launch and implementation of the Support System for the Internationalization of agri-food artisan SMEs and micro-SMEs.
- Transfer of the System created to the business community through training in innovative methodologies for the internationalization of artisanal agri-food products through interpreted sales, managing to increase the volume of exports from the Euroregion.
- Evaluation and transfer of the created system and the results to the institutions of interest.
