The Galician Food Cluster, with the support of the Galician Institute for Economic Promotion (Igape), organizes a direct trade mission to the United States market, a strategic initiative aimed at boosting the internationalization of Galician companies in the PET sector.
This action seeks to facilitate direct contact between Galician companies and professional buyers within the framework of the SuperZoo fair in Las Vegas, the leading event of the sector in North America. The initiative enables the generation of new business opportunities, access to high-potential markets, the detection of global trends, and a better understanding of the commercial and regulatory dynamics of this market.
The mission is structured as a platform for business prospection and development, allowing participating companies to carry out professional visits to leading exhibitors, hold meetings with distributors and major retail chains, conduct competitor benchmarking, and validate the acceptance of their products—especially in the premium, functional, and human-grade segments—by U.S. professional buyers.
This initiative is part of the program for joint international promotion actions of Galician companies (International Promotion Actions – Type 3), co-financed by the European Union. The project has been promoted by the Galician Food Cluster (Ref. IG421A-2025-000-000019).
