C-Voucher project (Circularize ValUe CHains across European Regional Innovation Strategies) aims to generate new value chains with a circular economy approach, combining industrial value chains (agrifood industry, health, marine industry, textile and manufacturing) with enabling technologies.
What does C-Voucher offer?
To achieve the objective, C-Voucher will provide support to European SMEs for a total value of 4.2 million euros through direct vouchers of 1.4 million euros (intended for technology implementation) and 2.8 million euros in services additional. This project has two types of calls: Circularity Program and Circularity Value Replication Program.
The "Circularity Program", in which companies will design new circularity solutions, will have 24 SMEs access. To do this, this acceleration program of up to 9 months grants vouchers of up to 60,000 euros and services of designers in residence and mentors who will guide them during the development of the program.
Another 42 SMEs will be selected for the "Circularity Value Replication Program", in which they will obtain 15,000 euros to create circular viability plans. This program will last 3 months.
Partners and financing of C-Voucher
This project receives funding from the Horizon 2020 research and innovation program of the European Union, and is being executed by a consortium consisting of 13 partners from six different countries (Denmark, France, Spain, Poland, Romania and Sweden), among which the Galician Innovation Agency (GAIN) is. The Galician Food Cluster (Clusaga) supports GAIN in the dissemination and visibility of the different calls to attract the participation of companies in the Galician food sector.
