The INCluSilver project - Innovation in Personalised Nutrition through Cluster cooperation in the Silver Economy seeks to take advantage of the opportunities related to personalised nutrition and the senior economy, through the reinforcement of innovation in products and services of different sectors, related to the specific population group of citizens over 50 years of age.
The overall objective of the INCluSilver Project is to support the collaboration between actors belonging to different sectors in order to create the right conditions for generating and validating innovative ideas in the field of personalised nutrition for the silver population that have a great potential to reach the market.
The possibility for participating companies and entities to obtain direct financial support (innovation vouchers), technical support (through Innovation Support Services) to increase the innovation capacity of SMEs, to access a personalised advice as well as advanced training activities are amongst many other benefits of INCluSilver Project.
The core of the project is the Collaborative Virtual Environment - CVE dedicated to the personalised nutrition stakeholders, mainly SMEs. The CCV will be the place where stakeholders will have the opportunity to share ideas and set-up collaborations.
INCluSilver is being developed by a consortium of nine clusters and led by Skane Food Innovation Network, Sweden, and the Galicia Food Cluster. This project has received a total funding of € 4.115.121 from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme.
